Request for manager access to YouTube account

Hi everyone,

With Mark Waite retiring from the Jenkins board within the past term, there is currently nobody on the board who can upload our governance board meetings to youtube.

Therefore, I would kindly like to ask to be added with manager rights on the channel, allowing me to upload our recordings.

Just one person is still a little risky. Who else has this access, or is it just Mark? Either way, perhaps another board member could be granted access?

 Board members rotate the assignment to create the meeting agenda and lead the board meeting.  I think it is reasonable that every board member who wants access to the YouTube account should have it.

Those who upload regularly to the Jenkins YouTube channel include:

• Damien Duportal - Infra team meetings
• Bruno Verachten - Platform SIG meetings
• Mark Waite - UX SIG meetings

I believe that Kris Stern has been granted access to upload Docs SIG meetings.  We will confirm that after the next meeting.
