Adopt Xcode plugin

I would like to adopt a plugin:

This plugin is not marked for adoption, but there has been no update for 4 years, and since Jenkins 2.579 it’s not working anymore. The current maintainers are @lacostej, @aheritier and @kazuhidet.

I would like to become a contributor/maintainer to merge 10 PR and integrate a fix to update this plugin like I did in my forked repository to make it work again.
