Hi,
I would like to adopt the locale-plugin : https://github.com/jenkinsci/locale-plugin/pull/12
It's currently marked for adoption.
My first goal is to finalize the JCasC support (https://github.com/jenkinsci/locale-plugin/pull/12)
My username is 'jonesbusy' (github + jenkins account)
