Plugin Hosting Request

I'm developing a plugin to allow builds to be triggered based on commit message text.

It is currently here: https://github.com/wiseloren/jenkins-ci-build-plugin  (right now, it's only a license file, but the rest of the plugin will be coming up when I get it working locally.)

This tells users nothing about the functionality of the plugin. 'commit-trigger-plugin' maybe?

The plugin is the opposite of the ci-skip plugin which is why I choose the name, but commit-trigger works.
