New plugin not showing up in update center and plugin list wiki page

Dear Jenkins Dev team,

Last week I have just released a new plugin, the AppDynamics plugin which you can find here:

https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/AppDynamics+Plugin/

Everything seems to be released okay, but the plugin does not seem to show up (corrrectly) in the update center. Also it does not appear in the plugin list on the wiki here:

https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Plugins

I followed all steps described on the "host plugin" wiki page, and I can find it back in the JSON output. So I'm puzzling what might be the issue.

I hope someone can help me with this problem, and can give some pointers what might be wrong?

p.s. Also a new component in Jira still has to be created for issue tracking. Would be great if someone could do this for me. Thanks.

I have a related problem. I released a new version of an older pluging
(libvirt-slave) that had its last release in 2010. Unfortunately the
infobox is not getting an update. I had a look at the plugin that
delivers said update (backend-jenkins-plugin-info-plugin) and it should
work, I'm just not sure how/when these confluence plugin stuff is
executed. So the root of Miels and my problem might be related.

@Miel, regarding the Jira component: this one is easy, ask someone in
IRC to create it for you (said person needs voice), there is an IRC bot
does exactly that. See
