Push access on PowerShell Plugin

Hi,

Would it be possible to get push access to this repository? We've been updating the powershell plugin internally to support more advanced powershell features and would love to share what we've done with the community. However, the last pull request for the repository has not been addressed, leading us to believe that this repository is not actively managed.
