[Adopt a plugin] - schedule-build-plugin

Hello Jenkins Devs,

I would be glad to adopt schedule-build-plugin. There are several open issues, and also open pull requests which add new functionality like support for pipelines.

The plugin is not marked for adoption, but unfortunately it seems not to be maintained anymore:

Hello,

The plugin is not in the "adopt-a-plugin" list though it seems to be inactive. Commonly we give the former maintainers two weeks to react before the plugin ownership transfer.

If there is no response from the maintainer to this thread, please ping in this thread after July 2nd.
