Adopt ansible-tower-plugin

I would like to adopt a plugin:

The plugin is not abandoned, but the release path appears to be blocked. The compatibility fix for Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) 2.5+ was merged over 2 week ago, but no new plugin release has been published, and I have not received any response regarding the release.

I actively use this plugin with Jenkins in my work, and Ansible Automation Platform continues to evolve. As organizations migrate to newer AAP controller versions, maintaining compatibility will likely require ongoing updates.

If my adoption request is approved, I plan to:

• Publish a release containing the already merged AAP compatibility fix.

• Review and merge pending contributions.

• Maintain compatibility with current and future AAP releases.

• Address bug reports and keep the plugin up to date with current Jenkins plugin development practices.
