Reviewing adoption rate of a jenkins plugin version?

Does the existing data that the project already gathers provide enough information that I could use it to assess the rate at which a specific new version of a plugin is being adopted by users?

For example, I'd like to know if the git plugin 2.4.0 release that happened a week ago is being installed by users.

Along the same line, I'd like to know which versions are the most popular.

I'm willing to do my own data massaging if someone can point me to an accessible information source for the count of installations by plugin version.
