Beta availability of github-branch-source plugin

Hello, 

We are emailing you all today since we want your feedback on the beta version 2.4.6-beta-1 of the GitHub Branch Source Plugin.

Today, any PR that requires merging ends up cloning the associated GitHub repository on a Jenkins master, regardless of whether the Jenkinsfile was changed or not. In this release, we have significantly reduced the number of occurrences in which unnecessary full clones on the master happen. For more details on the issue, see https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-43194.

You can download the beta version from the experimental update center. For details on how to use the experimental update center, go to: https://jenkins.io/doc/developer/publishing/releasing-experimental-updates/

Alternatively, you can download it from https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/releases/org/jenkins-ci/plugins/github-branch-source/2.4.6-beta-1/github-branch-source-2.4.6-beta-1.hpi and install it from the Upload Plugin section in the Advanced tab of Manage Plugins on your Jenkins instance.
