All the candidates ware backported with 2 exceptions[1]:

JENKINS-33467 - until consecutive fix is released in
delivery-pipeline-plugin
JENKINS-33693 - until it soak a bit to see if it break something

As agreed on meeting, I reverted JENKINS-28289 and JENKINS-26580 as they caused regression (JENKINS-33886). The tests runs fine. Oliver, please publish the RC.
