Adding to the Advanced Project Options for all Projects

What extension point would I use to get into there?  A describeable is needed.  AbstractProject looks close, but its not Describeable.  Any tips or example plugins I can have a look at?

Congratulations, you found something in Jenkins that's not actually extensible.

I also doubt we'd want to support that -- this section of the config page was already almost going away in the config form redesign for 2.0.

To add options just above it, use JobProperty.
