Delay next LTS baseline by 2 weeks for end of year break?

The next LTS baseline is scheduled for selection on Nov 11, 2026, with a release planned for Dec 23, 2026.

I propose delaying both the baseline selection and the release date by two weeks to accommodate our typical two week break at the end of the calendar year.  We would choose the baseline on Nov 25, 2026 and release the first version of the next LTS line on Jan 6, 2027.
