[periodicbackup-plugin] - Temporary ownership request

Hello Tomasz and Emanuele,

A couple of weeks ago I tried the periodic backup plugin and discovered the "Restore configuration" action does not work as expected on newer core versions (no issue so far). There are also outstanding issues and some unreleased changes dated to 2013. These changes are not binary compatible, hence there some fixes required.

I would like to take a temporary ownership (a couple of months) of the plugin in order to stabilize it and perform some facelift work (e.g. Parent POM 2.x, FindBugs, etc.). WDYT?

I assume everybody is fine with that.
I will start preparing the pull request with the plugin facelift (Plugin POM, etc.). If nobody votes against till June 17, I will go forward with ownership transfer according to the ownership claim process.
