Change BlazeMeter plugin maintainer

Hi,

Our BlazeMeter team want to make a few changes in our account:

1) Change email in our jenkins profile to `s...@blazemeter.com` , because current is personal email address. And change Maintainer to BlazeMeter. https://plugins.jenkins.io/BlazeMeterJenkinsPlugin

2) Add commit access to  this repository https://github.com/jenkinsci/blazemeter-plugin for my user https://github.com/artem-fedorov

This information is taken from the latest release's pom.xml metadata, you're responsible for maintaining it.

Ask any of the three people with admin access to the repository to add you, or go through https://github.com/jenkins-infra/repository-permissions-updater/ (so you can also release the plugin), explaining that you also need GitHub repo access, and get approval on GitHub from any of the currently authorized uploaders.
