I would like to assist in the maintenance of the JIRA Pipeline Steps plugin in order to address security issues:

• There are two security advisories for the plugin currently (SECURITY-2774, SECURITY-2786)
• I have PRs to address both that haven't been reviewed after 5 months: (jira-steps-plugin!189, jira-steps-plugin!190)
