Adoption Request: google-chat-notification-plugin

Hello!

I'd like to adopt the Google Chat Notification Plugin, since it seens to have been abandoned by it's creator for years. Also, at my job we use this plugin in many of our projects, what would make it easy to always be the first users of future new versions of the plugin.
