plugin hosting request: secondary timestamper

Hi,

I have created a simple plugin called secondary timestamper that adds a
second timestamp as description to job runs in the build history.
It can be found at
https://github.com/michael1010/secondary-timestamper-plugin

I'd really appreciate if you could add it to the official Jenkins plugins.

The name is a bit misleading since Timestamper Plugin does something completely different.

Is this feature something that Description Setter Plugin cannot do?

FWIW this should probably be a badge instead, so it can be localized based on the user's locale.

You know what would be awesome to have there? A README with one or more
of the following:

- a link to the page in the Jenkins plugin wiki
- a description of what it does
- a screenshot

Not sure that it good idea to have wiki page for plugin that not yet hosted on jenkinsci. README should be enough now.

I agree that the name can be missleading, but this can be changed
and I also agree that it is not a good idea to have a wiki page for a plugin that is not hosted yet

I also think that it is not a good idea to do it with a badge as this means you need to have a mouse over to see the exact timestamp of the different timezone

but I will create a short README explaining what the plugin does
