Hi all,

Is there event trigger that is emitted when a “View” configuration has been saved/updated?

I'm creating a plugin to extend SaveableListener. When a "View" object configuration is updated and saved; This listener is not triggered.

What's the best practice to detect when a "View" object saved?

Views are mainly just "properties" of other itemgroups, so when you save a view you save the owner of the view.
So you should get an event on Jenkins or the Folder that the view is in. Figuring out that the save operation was due to a view update could be a bit tricky.
