[Plugin Hosting] Updating JenkinsCI plugin repo with external Github repo

Hi,
I'm the new maintainer of the HP plugin and i'd like to update the current jenkins repo of our plugin to the correct version that exists in our github repo.
What should i do to accomplish that?

Can i make a double deploy to the plugin to both repo's?

Currently i can't create proper pull request to update the JenkinsCI HP plugin repo due to it's being serious out of sync with ours.
