Call to Action: Testing new UI enabled by default - checking Jenkins core

Hi everyone,

As discussed during last week's monthly Jenkins UI/UX SIG Meeting, we would like to invite everyone, especially those users whom use Jenkins on slower machines, to test the following two PR's before they become widely available by default in the LTS once merged:

Enable Manage Jenkins UI by default

Enable experimental Run UI by default

We are looking for an October 2026 date to enable these by default in LTS, so any feedback regarding these proposed new features would be much appreciated.
