Remove Plugin - Vessel

Hi,

I would like to remove the Vessel.io Jenkins plugin from the official repository, since Vessel is no long active.
Is there some procedure to remove this plugin?

It will be removed once https://github.com/jenkins-infra/backend-update-center2/pull/135 is merged.
