requesting libvirt plugin pull request to be merged

Hi,

following pull request has not been merged for more than 2 weeks

https://github.com/jenkinsci/libvirt-slave-plugin/pull/10

this basically only packages its own jna with the plugin (see
https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-12523). I would like someone to
review and prepare a new release.

if no one jumps in I request commit access.
