[Plugin] [Review needed] logfilesizechecker-plugin pipeline support

I opened a pull request for the logfilesizechecker plugin to make it
compatible with pipelines. I haven't gotten a response yet for the
past week, as the plugin isn't maintained. Is anyone interested in
reviewing the change?
