Jenkins-CI account recovery

Hi there,

I have seen a couple of threads mentioning this issue, so I suppose it's not the first time this problem happens.

Our CI can't publish new versions anymore to https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/releases/com/adaptavist/tm4j-automation/3.0.1/tm4j-automation-3.0.1.hpi. We get a 401 Unauthorized.

I tried to reset the password for my account (I'm assuming it might have expired or needs to be changed from time to time) here https://accounts.jenkins.io/login and here https://beta.accounts.jenkins.io/ but I don't get the reset password email.

Could you please help me? My user is vpelizza.
