Access to Jenkins JIRA?

I'd like to comment on a  jenkins plugin JIRA issue, but JIRA doesn't accept new registrations with the message:

Well, I managed to sign up from home. I wonder how my respectable IT company ended up on any "spam" list....

The service uses stopforumspam.com, so you can search them, and there might be a way to work of getting that removed. Sorry we missed the previous email to manually activate your account. Glad you got it sorted out!
