Can't deploy a plugin release

Hi,
I don't why but I cannot deploy anymore a release to the maven repository.

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-deploy-plugin:2.8.2:deploy (default-deploy) on project jira: Failed to deploy artifacts: Could not transfer artifact org.jenkins-ci.plugins:jira:hpi:2.3 from/to maven.jenkins-ci.org (https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/releases/): Access denied to: https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/releases/org/jenkins-ci/plugins/jira/2.3/jira-2.3.hpi, ReasonPhrase: Forbidden. -> [Help 1]

I have checked my maven settings.xml

And there is an entry

    <server>
      <id>maven.jenkins-ci.org</id>
      <username>olamy</username>
      <password></password>
    </server>

I can log to https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/ with this username/password

I wonder if someone can check my account?

G'day Olivier,

I think it's because you have to file a PR against https://github.com/jenkins-infra/repository-permissions-updater/ (https://github.com/jenkins-infra/repository-permissions-updater/blob/master/permissions/plugin-jira.yml). For some reason you're not in the list (IIRC Daniel went back 2 years in the past, so maybe that's the reason, didn't check).
