Looking for some direction on global.jelly testing

Hi there, 

I'm happy to do the work but looking for a bit of direction (or help).

I started with an issue..

Someone suggested I move my question here.... So.. here goes.. asking it in the dev group now.

I could update the documentation after writing something (especially if I've missed something simple). It would be great if I could help the next person not go through what I did.

 

Any ideas how to proceed would be appreciated.

Just letting anyone reading this know that I've simple created a workaround of using page.getElementsByName to resolve this.
