"[FIXED JENKINS-XXXX]" commit tags not working?

Hi all,

As described in the wiki page "Contributing to Jenkins", I've done 3 commits with the "[FIXED JENKINS-XXXX]" tag:

Which were supposed to link and close those 3 bugs:

However, even now that these fixes are included and available in the current version, the bugs have been untouched.

This is only minor but I was wondering what I did wrong.
