[ci.jenkins.io] Planned maintenance for the Wednesday 9 April, 09:00am UTC

Hello dear contributors,

The Jenkins infra team will put ci.jenkins.io down this Wednesday 09:00am for a planned maintenance as we'll migrate it back to Azure.

We expect a 2h downtime.

The migration is now finished and was successful. ci.jenkins.io is back but in Azure until end of May (at least?).

As usual, if you see any weird error, please open an infra ticket in https://github.com/jenkins-infra/helpdesk
