Hello,

I want to become a maintainer of the gitlab-branch-source plugin.

I am mostly interested in merging mentioned Pull Requests to improve this plugin functionality

Best regards,
Kanaduchi

I suppose this was a copy-and-paste error.

Why would  you be trying to add new features to this plugin now? It is in (bare) maintenance mode only; all of the things you mention could (I suppose) be done easily in Pipeline.

Sorry, it was copy-pasted from another request 🙂 I meant the matrix-project-plugin.

I am not aware that the plugin is in maintenance mode. I just want to keep the plugin in good shape -  removing a few long-standing annoyances, fix bugs, and keep it working with new Jenkins versions. I'm not trying to implement some significant changes/new features.

I think Matrix Project still has its place. it's much quicker and easier to use than writing and maintaining a Pipeline in case if we need to run same freestyle job across a matrix of configurations. And of course, it has good ui.
