How to create account on jenkins-ci.org

Hi; I wanted to create an account on jenkins-ci.org so I could track a bug, but after filling in the form it gave me:

Due to the spam problem, we need additional verification for your sign-up request. Please contact jenkinsci-dev at googlegroups.com

Is this a global setting, or is it picking on me? :-)

Either way, is there anything I can do about it?

Wait a bit. In an hour or so, it should allow you to sign up again. Otherwise, come visit #jenkins on IRC.
