[Jenkins core] - Limited maintenance bandwidth during the next weeks

Dear all,

Just heads-up, both active Jenkins weekly maintainers (Daniel Beck and me) will be busy over the next several weeks due to DevOps World | Jenkins World and other events. It means that there will be no proactive reviews and integrations of pull requests to the core, and we will be also unable to triage incoming JIRA issues.

As always, all contributions to the Jenkins core are welcome. If you want to get something reviewed, please reach out to @jenkinsci/code-reviewers or follow-up in the DEV list or IRC. There are more than 20 contributors with permissions to merge changes in the core, so they may be able to help you.
