How to use jenkins-dev with latest Jenkins

Hi,

I am trying to debug the Jenkins core. I am not building any plugin. I have Jenkins 1.651.2 checked. When I run mvnDebug jenkins-dev:run, Intellij seems to be using some old version (1.621 it seems) of the jenkins core. Is there a way to force the debud process to use the checked out code?
