Can someone with permissions please enable git submodules support in the job configuration for
https://jenkins.ci.cloudbees.com/job/plugins/job/analysis-suite-plugin

Hi Ulli,

It will take some tie, because the current job template has not been designed for it.

Which options do you need?
I suspect you need an enabled "Recursively update submodules" in Submodule additional behaviors. What about other options?

Ah, there is no manual interaction possible… This option should not hurt for plug-ins without submodules, or does it?

I'm not sure about it. I'll try to evaluate the approach on this evening and adjust the template if it works. If no, probably I'll just create a new template for projects with submodules.

After some experiments I've added the new option to the job template, which is safe for other plugins. The build seems to be working fine now: https://jenkins.ci.cloudbees.com/job/plugins/job/analysis-suite-plugin/89/

If you have any other projects with submodules, just let me know.
