Hello dear contributors,

As described in https://status.jenkins.io (details in https://github.com/jenkins-infra/helpdesk/issues/4161#issuecomment-2304516597), an operation will be performed on ci.jenkins.io (agents Kubernetes cluster upgrade to 1.29) today at 14:00 UTC.

Expect the following impacts:

• All builds using a `jnlp-linux-*` label, or the `useContainer: true` attribute in the `buildPlugin()` function, will be queue until the end of the operation
• All other builds might download their dependencies from Jenkins Artifactory and Maven central during the operation (e.g. a bit slower than usual)
