Two week break in LTS schedule at end of 2024

While planning out my content calendar today, I was doing release date calculations through the end of year. This year, the .3 would fall on Christmas Day (December 25, 2024).

I'm proposing the following dates for the LTS that starts with the October 30, 2024 release (4xx since that baseline hasn't been picked yet):

• Oct 30, 2024 - Jenkins 2.4xx.1 release
• Nov 27, 2024 - Jenkins 2.4xx.2 release (this is the day before the US Thanksgiving holidays)
• Jan 8, 2025 - Jenkins 2.4xx.3 release (assuming two week skip for holidays)

The two week break also makes it easier for those who are taking time off at the end of the year.

Are there strong objections to the Jenkins project taking the customary two week break at the end of the 2024 calendar year? Weekly releases will continue during that time, but the time between 2.4xx.2 and 2.4xx.3 will increase from 4 weeks to 6 weeks.
