The maintainer for the environment dashboard seems to have been dormant for a long time.

I have updated the plugin for Java 8, and added a Jenkinsfile to build it. I currently have a fork of the repository, at https://github.com/willwh/environment-dashboard. I would suggest removing this and pushing a full copy of the original repository to https://github.com/willwh/environment-dashboard, and creating a pull request that updates repo/contact info in the pom.xml, and then taking over maintaining this plugin.
