Developing a new plugin for DesignSync version control system

Hi,
I am trying to use Jenkins for a non-java build environment.
We use DesignSync (http://www.cmcrossroads.com/cgi-bin/cmwiki/view/CM/
DesignSync) for our version control.
It is a version control system "Evolved" from RCS.
Is there an existing plugin that I can use/modify for my purpose?
