[gitea-plugin] - Maintainer request

Hi,

I would like to help as a maintainer in gitea plugin, so based on the description (https://www.jenkins.io/doc/developer/plugin-governance/adopt-a-plugin/), here are the necessary information:

• Link to the plugin:  https://github.com/jenkinsci/gitea-plugin
• Link to the pull requests:
  https://github.com/jenkinsci/gitea-plugin/pull/22  
  https://github.com/jenkinsci/gitea-plugin/pull/23 
  Note: These are not my work, but I want to test and merge them for a bugfix release
• My Github account name: mecseid
• My Jenkins infrastructure account id: mecseid

I wrote an email to stephenc, but he hasn't responded yet.

We use on a daily basis at work, and I could dedicate some hours in my free time every week.

This got lost in my spam folder so replying mostly so others see it.

Can you make a pr for  https://github.com/jenkins-infra/repository-permissions-updater/blob/master/permissions/plugin-gitea.yml to add your infra account to it.

Make sure you login to artifactory first and give it 15 min to sync.

It's worth pinging @stephenconnolly in there too.

Since it's not officially marked as deprecated you'll need to wait for Stephenc or 2 week timeout to happen
