Thanks for making this meeting publicly available on YouTube. I want to suggest a more convenient way of viewing it. At mtngs.io we're huge fans of open meetings. So we built a free public library of recorded meetings. We enrich them with video-synced transcript and other features. There are already about a hundred open source projects on the site. Our system processed this meeting (from YouTube) and made it available at https://mtngs.io/jenkins/governance-meetings/QKG13eYSEAo.html. You can browse previous governance meetings at https://mtngs.io/jenkins/governance-meetings/.

It’s a work in progress. I’d love it if you try it out and I hope it will be useful for you and the community. If we missed anything, or if you have any feedback, we would love to hear it.

Thanks very much for providing that service!  I've placed a link in a reply to the governance meeting page.

If you're interested, it would help the presentation of the page on https://community.jenkins.io if opengraph metadata were included in the HTML page.  That makes a difference between an embedded link that is displayed purely as a link and an embedded link that is displayed with a title, a summary, and an image.

Thanks for the prompt response and for sharing the link. We're already working on adding opengraph metadata. Similarly, our system started integrating the updated description (but I estimate it will take a few hours to reach deployment)

Just updating that the last governance meeting https://mtngs.io/jenkins/governance-meetings/QKG13eYSEAo.html and all the previous meetings have the new descriptions, and all our meetings' pages now support opengraph metadata (and we're working on improving its content). Thanks again for your suggestion and for adding descriptions.

Do you think video-synced clickable transcript pages might be helpful to your other teams? Our system already found and processed many other jenkins meetings (you can browse them at https://mtngs.io/jenkins/). Should I contact other meetings' organizers individually or is there a central place to do so?

As before, please let me know if we missed anything, or if you have other suggestions. We love feedback.

Love the fact you can click in the transcript and get the video to go to the corresponding section, really useful!

I also found the UI very neat, and the auto-detecting and differentiating different speakers based on their voice in the transcripts is very useful. Thanks!
