Jenkins 2.46.2 LTS RC testing started

Hello everyone,

Latest LTS RC was made public and it is ready to be tested. Release is
scheduled for 2017-04-26.

Report your findings in this thread or on the test plan wiki page.

The tests looks good and noone reported any problems as well. This will be released on Wednesday unless something urgent pops up.

I have been soak testing it for 5 days on my instance, looks good.
