I am planning to write this plugin: multi CI dashboard

Hi,

So this page told me to write here before I start to write a plugin, so here I am.

The idea: I am planning to write a simple dashboard which can aggregate specific jobs from multiple Jenkinses, GitLab CIs, Team Citys, etc. 

The motivation: Where I work every team has their own separate CI server. But there are jobs which would be nice to be seen centrally. I thought it would be nice to have a solution for this and I didn't find any.

Please let me know if you think there is already a plugin/tool for this.

Not a dashboard, but github/bb/others allow builds to set their status by means of an API. In some cases, some ci also export their builds as badges. Likely something to borrow.
