Thanks for being willing to adopt a plugin.  That's great!  The repository permissions updater pull request is submitted to your own repository instead of being submitted to the upstream repository.  You need to submit a pull request to the upstream repository.

By the way, I'm unable to have builds using jdk11 in Jenkins for the plugin PR...
I've opened a discussion in community.jenkins.io
Any idea of the reason ?
