Postmortem of the www.jenkins.io outage (2021-11-18)

Hello dear community!

Last week, the 18th of November 2021, we had an outage on www.jenkins.io (including documentation and blog).

A postmortem had been written: if you are interested (or questioning or challenging), it is open for comment until the 30th of November.

After that deadline, its content will be "frozen" and published to our Github repository https://github.com/jenkins-infra/documentation.

The post-mortem is visible on the following URLs:
