I've been trying to reach the current maintainer for more than 6 months without success.

My plan is to make the plugin working again with modern Jenkins releases.

So  the goal is to merge the following PRs (jenkinsci/multibranch-job-tear-down-plugin#5 and jenkinsci/multibranch-job-tear-down-plugin#4). I've been tested them with success on my own Jenkins instance.

I don't have plan to add new features.
