Testing git plugin 5.0.0 and git client plugin 4.0.0

I've completed my first round of testing of pre-release builds of git plugin 5.0.0 and git client plugin 4.0.0.  I've shared more information about the changes in those two releases in a posting on community.jenkins.io.

I'd very much appreciate additional help testing the pre-release versions of those plugins.  I'd prefer reports of test results in the thread on community.jenkins.io, but I'm also fine if reports of test results are posted to this email thread.
