Adopting depgraph-view-plugin

Hello,

I would like to adopt the plugin at https://github.com/jenkinsci/depgraph-view-plugin/

At work we just upgraded all CI to pipelines, using the withMaven steps provided by pipeline-maven-plugin

and its dependencyGraphPublisher; a feature that stopped working and we were asked to reintroduce is 

the dependency graph viewer. 

I have a oneliner fix for SECURITY-1177 here:  https://github.com/jenkinsci/depgraph-view-plugin/pull/18

I'd also merge this PR introducing pipeline support: https://github.com/jenkinsci/depgraph-view-plugin/pull/16

Thanks very much for your willingness to adopt this plugin!  

Since the plugin is marked for adoption, I believe it does not require the usual two week period to confirm the current maintainer is unavailable.  However, at least one of the people that handles plugin adoption is traveling this week and next, so the adoption process may yet take some time. 

Can you submit a pull request to repository permissions updater to grant you access to release versions of the plugin?

Thank you. I opened the PR, there's no need to rush granting the permissions, we are good with our own build here,

and before releasing I'll need to write some more tests (and, read the jenkins plugin release management).
