Access to Jenkins Plugin repository

Hello,

I am Java Developer in SmartBear company and our company is working on few Jenkins plugins stored in your GitHub repository. Recently we stopped collaboration with one developers who had admin rights to the following Jenkins plugin repository:

https://github.com/jenkinsci/soapui-pro-functional-testing-plugin

Currently I am working on one feature / fix in this plugin and I have created following pull request:

https://github.com/jenkinsci/soapui-pro-functional-testing-plugin/pull/27

All automatic checks passed correctly but I do not have rights to merge this pull request to the master branch. Can you give me such access to this repository or provide any documentation how can I request for such access?
