We are receiving the following error: 

14:58:06 jenkins.JenkinsException: Jenkins returned an unexpected view name All (expected: all)

We really need this fix to be released: 
https://opendev.org/jjb/python-jenkins/commit/b147d864468614dd3e2e64304c71847c069f293b

And also released in the requirements.txt of the jenkins job builder

I am trying to do so,
but have issues merging changelog. Zuul job for Python 3.7 is failing for reason unknown to me.
